Community Information Points are rural venues where members of the community can access a wide range of Council Services via the internet.

The BCKL&WN works in partnership with organisations in the local community, such as Parish Councils, Information Centres and even Public Houses to enable such Community Information Points.

These local organisations provide a staff member/volunteer and a venue, whilst the BCKL&WN provides the equipment and training.

The creation of Community Information Points offers citizens an alternative method of contacting the BCKL&WN locally, which can save time, travel or telephone expense.

For further information regarding Community Information Points contact the BCKL&WN on 01553 616200
